Create a small gust of wind that can disturb, rattle, or send small objects away. This is based on the obvious mass of the object. A pile of papers will be sent scattering into the wind. Something that's a bit more massive, shutters, chimes, etc., will rattle closed or stir quite heavily. In combat, it can be used shove a single creature 5 ft. on a failed reflex save.
