Control 10 ft + 5 feet of rope or chain per CL with simple commands. These commands are Tie, Bind, Untie, Unbind, and Hang.
Tie: Ties a knot with the effectiveness of a 10 + 1/2 CL use rope check; untie undoes this.
Bind: Ties a creature up with a 10 + 1/2 CL + PMA DC to break or escape artist; unbind undoes this. Reflex save to avoid
Hang: Lets the chain or rope hang from a point as high as the range allow, to make climbing it easy.
