Focused Breath Weapon

Prerequisite: A breath weapon

Benefit: Hit a single target with the breath weapon as a ranged touch attack, the breath weapon will instead do a higher quality of dice damage. If the breath weapon would do d6's it will instead do d8's, or if d8's it'll do d10's and so on.

Special: If the target is a dragon and their breath weapon does d12's this feat will instead give them 1 more d12 for every 3 HD.
