As Improved Valor but, the dodge and attack bonuses are increased to +4. If opportunist misses, gain temporary HP as if you had felled a foe. Your maximum number of attacks of opportunity in around, while being flanked, is increased by 2.

VTT Macro Description:
@{character_name} gains a +4 dodge bonus to AC while threatened by two or more foes. If the foes are also flanking @{character_name} Then they gain a +4 circumstance bonus to attack on these foes. If a foe is felled while either condition is met, or an opportunist attack misses, then @{character_name} gains [[10+(@{conmod}*5)]] temporary HP that lasts for 24 hours. The amount of temporary HP cannot exceed @{character_name}'s max HP. If the ability "Opportunist" is used against @{character_name}, then @{character_name} can take an attack of opportunity against the attacker.
