Deal 1d4 slashing damage for every 10 points of non-lethal damage (NLD) the user has to all enemy creatures in a 40 ft. radius. Alternatively, heal all allies within a 40 ft. radius for 1d4 per 10 points of non-lethal damage the user has. After this effect is used, the user will have their non-lethal damage fully healed.
