Prerequisite: Proficiency With Weapon, using a piercing or slashing weapon.
Use: 1 + 1 per 7 HD

Duration: Instantaneous; permanent

Your character uses the tip of their blade, the edge of their blade, an arrow, or other sharp edge of a weapon to sever the Achilles tendon of an opponent. Make an attack roll like normal. Take a -5 penalty to damage. Please note, damage from this attack cannot be reduced to less than 1, even against damage reduction. The opponent must then make a fortitude save DC 10 + (1/2 HD + Strength modifier or Dexterity modifier) or gain the affliction hamstrung.
