Use Rope

Use Rope is a multi use skill that covers tying knots, splicing, and tying things together. This is also used to restrain a person using chains or ropes. The roll will become the DC for an escape artist check. If the result of a Use Rope check is higher than 25, no reasonable strength check can be used to break it.
