Sleight of Hand

A quick hand can do a lot. Steal a small item, fake magical motions, twirl weapons and many other small details. DCs are set either by the DM or opposed by a spot check depending on the situation. If stealing something quickly, spot opposes a sleight of hand. If a person is twirling a well-balanced dagger over their finger the DC might be 8 or 9.
