Beguile

A slippery tongue can be used to get what you want without having to draw weapons. If a character has 8 or more ranks in Beguile they also gain a +2 synergy bonus to diplomacy and Discern Intent. A hostile or hateful NPC might not believe your character no matter what, due to their own penalties on Discern Intent. In these situations using a reverse-psychology tactic can be helpful.
