Focused Breath Weapon

Prerequisite: A breath weapon

Benefit: Hit a single target with the breath weapon as a ranged touch attack; the breath weapon will instead use a higher category of damage dice. If the breath weapon would use d6s, it will instead use d8s, or if it uses d8s, it'll use d10s, and so on.

Special: If the target is a dragon and their breath weapon uses d12s, this feat will instead give them 1 more d12 for every 3 HD.
