For the duration the character's movement speed is increased by 20 ft, dodge bonus is increased by +2, and they gain a +2 haste bonus to attack and damage. The movement bonus does not stack with Haste, but the attack and damage bonus does.

VTT Macro Description:
@{character_name} applies a tincture of vigor and grants their target a +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves, +2 haste bonus to attack and damage, as well as a movement increase of 20 ft. The movement bonus does not stack with _haste_.
